Website and enquiry privacy
Updated 3 October 2026. This notice covers the Unmesha Technologies website and enquiries about our security services. It does not describe how a separate product or a client’s systems process information.
Who we are
This website is run by Unmesha Technologies, registered in India. Questions about this notice go to contact@unmesha.io.
Online mini assessments
The customer data and developer laptop mini assessments work out your score in your browser; your answers are not sent while you answer. If you ask for the free report, we receive your name, work email, company, whether you would like a call, and your answers. We use them to create the report, and they reach our business mailbox and encrypted storage in the same way as an enquiry, with the same retention. We may contact you once about the report. Asking for it does not create a marketing subscription.
Where analytics consent is given, a mini assessment also tells Google Analytics that it was completed or that a report was requested, without your answers, score or details.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your request, assess whether we can help, respond to you and discuss the scope of potential work. Sending an enquiry does not create a marketing subscription. We give each enquiry a reference number so our reply and any proposal can be linked to it.
Website operation and security
The website processes your connection’s IP address to limit repeated form submissions. It also checks submissions for automated spam. Operational logs record information such as request time, page path, response status and technical errors to help operate and troubleshoot the website.
Our logs keep only the topic of an enquiry and its reference number, never what you wrote or who you are.
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate traffic, site use and performance. They receive technical and usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device information, and interactions such as scrolling or outbound-link clicks. Where consent is required, analytics wait for your choice. We do not send enquiry form values, email addresses, names or other direct identifiers to these services, and we do not use user IDs. We also load a Google Ads tag that counts enquiries, mini assessment completions and report requests that came from our ads. It receives no form details, and where consent is required it waits for your choice like the analytics tools.
Where enquiry information goes
The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Submitted enquiries are sent to our business mailbox using Microsoft 365, and a copy is kept in encrypted storage on Amazon Web Services so an enquiry is not lost if the email fails. Google and Microsoft process analytics data through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and Google processes ad conversion data through Google Ads. These services process information as part of hosting the website, understanding its use and handling email. Enquiry messages include the details you submit and the time received. If you arrived from one of our ads or campaign links, a report request also records which campaign, using the ad click identifier and campaign tags from the link.
Links to other websites take you to services with their own information-handling practices.
Keeping and removing information
Enquiries and replies form part of our business email correspondence. The encrypted copy is deleted automatically after 90 days. This website does not automatically delete mailbox correspondence after a fixed period. If you want to know what information is held about a particular enquiry, or want us to remove it, contact us using the address below. We will explain any information that needs to be kept in connection with agreed work or applicable obligations when handling your request.
Your questions and requests
You can ask about our use of your information, request a copy, ask for corrections or request deletion by emailing contact@unmesha.io. Please identify the enquiry concerned without sending extra sensitive information. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information before acting on it.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when the website’s information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
